The Recruit, Season 1 hosted by former AFL player turned popular radio host, Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and head coach Michael ‘Vossy’ Voss. The Recruit is a reality series to recruit the next up and coming Australian footballer through a series of weekly challenges and testing, with the main prize an AFL contract.
The Recruit key art was developed from a moodboard that captured that moment right before a new recruit, a new player, runs out of the tunnel into the stadium for his first ever game in the AFL.
This marketing campaign expanded throughout:
- Full and double-page page magazine spreads in sports and media publications
- Web banners on partner websites
- Competition microsite and social media assets
